Gorgeous Suite at the Downtown Floradora House

Our room, named Colorado, was nice and clean and the Floradora House overall had a charm about it. It was very convenient to the many local shops and restaurants of Glenwood Springs. We only stayed one night and unfortunately, we had to leave before breakfast so we can’t attest to its taste but the host was preparing homemade scones when we left and they smelled amazing! We will definitely consider staying here again if staying in the Glenwood Springs area.

My bf and I spent the night to be able to experience a true bed and breakfast and were not disappointed. Check in was easy, got an email with how to get like kinda like an airbnb. The room was adorable and cozy, the window AC worked well, and the room had a fridge and microwave which was great for eating leftovers from a dinner in town. The bathroom was spacious and the shower pressure heat/cold was perfect. The room had a DVD player and we watched a movie from their collection of DVDs in the nighttime. The breakfast in the morning was PHENOMENAL. The breakfast room had serve yourself coffee and then the kitchen served breakfast of an orange brulee and then chilaquiles. The breakfast BLEW US AWAY!!! It was so much more than we were expecting.. overall as a romantic weekend it couldn't have been better. Would love to go back and stay.

Spent a lovely night at the Floradora House after a particularly difficult hike. It was exactly what I needed to get back on my feet - super clean cozy rooms with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was stellar, and my whole group loved speaking with the host who had great stories and recommendations for the local area. We would all come back in a heartbeat.

Great location within walking distance to downtown and hot springs. Air conditioner was great. Bed was very comfortable. Wish we could have had the full breakfast experience as other reviews said it was wonderful, but our fruit parfaits we delicious. Thanks, too, for the pool towels.

We had a lovely time at the Floradora House! This adorable little house is in a prime location to enjoy downtown Glenwood Springs. Our room was very nice and the downstairs common room was cute and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast out on the front porch. We specifically appreciated the provided towels for the hot springs because we forgot our beach towels. The neighborhood has free street parking and felt very safe. I would highly recommend the Floradora House for a fun weekend getaway in Glenwood.
